The room was brand-new and huge with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The location was great and unbeatable - very close to the downstairs restaurant, and the main artery connecting Rimini, on the Adriatic coast with the old historical town of San Marino...

I chose this hotel for attending a summit and was highly impressed with the facilities provided. The Meeting Rooms were well-equipped with the latest technology, including video projectors and Wi-Fi connection. I found the indoor Wellness Area to be a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. The hotel's dedication to providing a restful experience for both body and mind was truly commendable.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a space where I could work and have access to printing and other office facilities.

Comfort of the hotel was excellent.

The location of hotel isn't great if using public transport and were in San Marino and in the country to watch football. The walk is along a 1km of dual carrigeway with no path unless you can found your way via the back roads if they exist?

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown San Marino by car or public transportation. The room size was very spacious, and I was impressed by the suite I stayed in. The staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV, added to the comfort and convenience of the room. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I had a fantastic experience here.

The only drawback of this place is that it is not within walking distance of other attractions as it is surrounded by highways. However, this was not a problem for me as I had a car, and there was also a convenient local bus service that could be requested to stop at the hotel.

New or newly renovated facility. Plenty of underground parking. Good food in the restaurant. Internet worked fine in room but only wired.

Asked for massage but was not available till the following week. The 1 person was out of the area. The spa area (sauna/steam/massage) was not arrange in to a nice consolidated area (like they converted a few bed rooms into separate sauna, solarium, massage rooms. Pool was in a separate area. Not much outside of the hotel in the immediate local area. Shopping in Serravalle is lame.

Value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable with a nice view. The location was convenient, just a short drive to the city center. The staff treated us well and were attentive to our needs.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Brand new hotel in Serravalle (10 km from the historical center of San Marino). Is a little bit far from main attractives, but is clean, elegant and includes all the facilities: free parking, internal swimming pool, a spa with Sauna and turkish bath (small but very relaxing) a restaurant etc

Hotel is quite big, so rooms are far from reception and main access. Some problems with the keycard (it loose the profile, so after I cannot enter the room I'd to come back to reception, re-configure it and come back to the room)

The room at Palace Hotel had a stunning view and was spotlessly clean. The swimming pool area was quiet, even after closing time, and the sundeck with a bar was a great addition. I encountered a problem with the electricity, but the staff immediately upgraded me to a Junior suite. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

This place was fantastic, just as I anticipated. I really appreciated the staff and the location—it's super close to the airport, and really convenient to get to San Marino Jinja, which is only 1 mile away.

Nothing fancy, has everything you need for a short stay. Practical, easy access to San Marino (by car).

Expected more choice for breakfast.
